6 years ago, I laced up my running shoes with one goal: to lose weight and reclaim my energy. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a shared adventure with my border collie.. a tireless, joyful companion who never let me skip a run. Together, we've clocked countless miles across fields, mountains and city streets, learning what gear truly holds up when you're chasing fitness with a four-legged friend.
